There's a rumor going around that the trailer will be available on Thursday.
Tell me what you think? =]
Edited; I'm adding the current Breaking Dawn Quotes of the Day because I feel that this post is a little too empty.
July 12
Alice: "I’ll play you for it. Rock, paper, scissors."Edward: "Why don’t you just tell me who wins?"Alice: "I do. Excellent."
July 13
Bella: “Oh, Mike! How will I go on?”
July 14
Tanya: "Ah, Edward, I’ve missed you."
July 15
Emmett: “Oooo, scary.”
July 16
Bella: “Jasper? What do vampires do for bachelor parties? You’re not taking him to a strip club, are you?"
The July 14 quote made me go 'OMG!'. Makes me wonder how Bella would have reacted, obviously she have heard it since it's told on her point of view, right?
The July 16 one just makes me imagine a very funny situation if the Cullen Boys (including Carlisle) really do go to a strip club. Haha. Edward feeling awkward, Emmett being all cheery, Jasper feeling weird (since he feels the emotions in the room) and Carlisle probably just playing it cool.
Then the females, Rosalie fuming because Emmett went, Alice all calm and collected because she already saw what will happen, Bella feeling anxious and Esme just trying to call Rose and Bella down. Haha.
Hi there! It's Monday and I'm still in transitioning from the Fourth of July weekend so I'm in the mood for some procrastination. I thought why not put it to good use and post up another fandom post.
Let's see, one of the news in the Twilight Fandom is how the upcoming Penelope DVD (July 15th is the release, I think) will include 4 minutes worth of footage from the upcoming Twilight Movie. A lot of people are speculating that it MIGHT include the theatrical trailer however that it is still yet to be confirmed since the movie is still a good half year away. So for now it's only a rumor.
However, just as always, a couple of said 'footage' have already been leaked out. They were REALLY short. Nothing spetacular. Sorry, if it's already taken down on YouTube by the time you watch it so I'm just adding the transcripts (Again sorry, I made them so it's not 100% accurate).
Scene: Bella's visit to the Cullen House and Edward's room.
Edward: What did you expect? Coffins .. and dungeons .. and motes?
Bella: (Hesitatingly) No.. Not the motes.
Edward: (amused) Not the motes.

Bella: .. Graduation Caps?
Edward: Private Joke. We matriculate a lot.
(scene cuts to Bella in Edward's room and Claire de Lune is playing.)
Bella: (Looks at Edward) .. Claire de Lune is great.
Edward walks near Bella and grabs her hand. Pulls her closer and starts to sway her a little bit then slowly twirled her. Bella abruptly stops and gives Edward a hesitant stare.
Edward: What?
Bella: I can't dance.
Edward: Hmm.. (thoughtful) Well I can always make you.
Bella: I'm not scared of you.
Edward: (Laughs, clearly amused) You really shouldn't have said that.
Edward takes Bella's arm and lifts her on his back

Book-wise, Stephenie Meyer has announced that she is planning to make another QOTD for the upcoming Breaking Dawn release. Just like last year for Eclipse.
"I am planning to do a "Quote of the Day" again for Breaking Dawn. Right now it’s a question of where the quote will be revealed, but I should have an answer soon (when everyone gets back from their 4th vacations). I will most likely do 3 weeks of quotes–so something like 21 quotes counting down to the release."
Jumping out of the Twilight wagon and into another ones. If anyone here is looking for a nice chick lit series. I recommend checking out Shanna Swendson's Katie Chandler Series. (Yes, I have a big literature crush on Owen Palmer. He's soooo cute!)
When it comes to stand alone novels.. Hm.. I don't know where to start to be honest. There's too many. But two of the Young Adult ones that I've read this weekend (more like re-read, actually!) were Meg Cabot's Jinx and Polly Shulman's Enthusiasm.
Jinx, is another urban fantasy but the 'magic' part is really toned down and well, this is more of a young adult novel. Not really much of fantasy but I like it. It's not what I expected but I think that actually was the good thing about it. It's a very light read (just like most of Cabot's books).
Enthusiasm, might be someone's cup of tea if you're into the whole Jane Austen type of 'romance'. There's no fantasy involved here but the novel has a 'magic' of it's own -- romance that is! 'It's a really cute read', is the only description I can think of it right now. Sorry, brain is still in vacation mode, remember?
I guess if you like the Twilight romance (without the fantasy factor) definitely try it. Stephenie Meyer (Twilight's author) recommended it herself so maybe that will help? Parr is no Edward Cullen though!
It's already July. Half of the year has already passed by. I'm not really sure if that's a good thing or not. My summer, so far, has been so-so this year. It's not super exciting but still somewhat productive in a way.
It’s also very much overflowing with music in between - very effective when getting away from the heat. Hence three songs from my current summer playlist is up there from the usual one. I'm cross-posting this into my vox since it's one of those - a fandom entry.
I'm far from done in my Summer Reading List. Been in too few Summer Concerts than I technically planned to be - ended up giving the tickets away because relatives and friends kept on dropping by unannounced so had to change plans. Been in too few Movie Premieres and Screenings but that's entirely my fault. I was just too lazy to go.
I've been very fickle lately. I blame the heat.
Speaking of being lazy. I'm also passing on AX this year because I'm not interested with their main events, or their concerts for that matter. They had six last year, they downgraded to two because apparently it's disastrous (to their staff) what happened last year.
Although, I am planning to go to the (gasp) San Diego Comic Con 2008 three weeks from now. Granted, I'm not going on a Saturday where most of the big events are happening. It just gets too crowded for me.
Imagine artists, filmmakers, authors/writers, actors/actresses, etc .. AND their fandom all in one convention. They don't call it the International Comic Con for nothing you know.
But this year, I just have to go because of this:
The cast of TWILIGHT will be appearing live at the 2008 Comic-Con in San Diego held in July. Scheduled to attend are director Catherine Hardwicke, Kristen Stewart (Bella), Robert Pattinson (Edward), Cam Gigandet (James), Rachelle LaFevre (Victoria), Edi Gathegi (Laurant), Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) and Stephenie Meyer!
This incredibly talented group will be participating in a panel discussion, autograph signings, and more! TWILIGHT surprises will also be at the Summit Entertainment booth (#4413) throughout the weekend.
I am a bit disappointed I don't see Ashley Greene (Alice) and Kellan Lutz's (Emmett) name in that list. I'm hoping that Summit tries to bring the whole cast which most of the time isn't possible because actors have busy schedules. But here's to hoping that if the Spiderman 3 cast can pull it off -- bring their WHOLE cast to the Comic Con -- maybe Twilight could. Haha. ;]
So yeah. I'm doing this all for the Twilight Fandom since this is The Twilight Year. Last Book (in Bella's POV) on August 2nd, Comic Con (July), Movie (December), Oh.. and the Concert which of course I already got tickets for.

The Breaking Dawn Concert Series. Yep. I'm going to the Royce Hall one (UCLA). It's too close (to my place) to pass up. I am going with dragging 290 and a friend mostly just to see Stephenie Meyer, again. Saw her during her The Host signing tour. I am totally shipping Ian O'Shea and Wanda, by the way. I'm hoping to see her on the Comic Con and then at the Concert Series.. and I don't know what's my plan next after that.
It's been a while since I posted some desktop screenshots here. So yeah.. here's a few of them. Desktop Wallpaper Spammage! If you've seen my old, old, olddddd wallpaper stuff before you might have noticed my style -- if you can even call it style -- has changed. A lot. Hopefully in a good way, though. =]
February 2008 Desktop. Pretty plain. I was really busy during that month .. so yeah. I wanted it to just look like a clean table of some sort but someone pointed out to me that instead of a table it looks more like a wall. I have to say he's right.u_u
March 2008 Desktop. Nothing special except for the fb2k skin, compared to the February one which was just nothing. This shot has no tabs or docks though!
I can't find my April one. Lol. :( But here's TWO for the month of May.
May 2008 Desktop. Yes, I'm introducing you to my sidebar taskbar. When I have tons of things opened at a time, I move my taskbar on the side because it makes it easier for me to see all the folders that way. As you can see, I also have my URL bar on shortcut and my links (bookmarks) just in case I need to go to a site really really quick. Don't worry, it's set on Auto-hide so it's out of the way when it needs to be!
Here's another one for May 2008. A desktop screenshot within the desktop screenshot. Pretty much the same as the other one except this shot has docks and tabs. I just felt like staring into GRASS for some reason. I also have it as a wallpaper on my phone. I'm weird, yes I know! As usual, I was procrastinating during that time so as I was brainstorming -- or pretending to -- I ended up changing my wallpaper.
I'm currently lazy to take a shot of my current desktop. I might just include it on my year-end batch of desktop spammage. Ha ha. Anyways, thanks for looking! =]
Props to anyone who gets the reference of the title the first time they read it! =] To those who didn't. You guys have to watch this, specially if you're a Twilighter. Hah! Note: Twilight Movie Spoilers.
So yesssss, a post dedicated to the one of the most awesome fictional characters ever made, Edward Anthony Masen Cullen. Yep! If you had doubts before if I am a dorkette or nerdette (lol, make up words, make up words!) now you don't need to doubt anymore because I just verfied it by making an obligatory HAPPY BIRTHDAY post for a fictional character. To be fair, he's a very awesome fictional character though!
So here's a picture spam of my favorite stupid, shiny (silver) volvo owner. Also known as the stupid, unreliable vampire who thinks 'the waste of finite resources is everyone's business'. Including the love of his (immortal) life, Isabella Swan.
Consider adding your name into the list if you can! Thanksss!
Hi, there! It's been a while isn't it? I really have not much things to say right now eventhough I really have tons of things to share. Anyways, the principal shooting for the Twilight movie has come to a close but that doesn't mean the film is done! Far away from it. Post production is now about to start, music, editing, visual effect, etc, still a lot of work left to do.
I know people have seen this already but just to make my own personal Twilight fangirling.. I figured I might as well post my own entry about it.
So this is the first of the promotional pictures for Twilight. Alice is looking awesome in this promo pic, btw. While Edward is giving you this 'Touch Bella and I'll kill you' look. Edward's temper = Hot but there's still A LOT of space for improvement.
But anyways, aside from the promo pic, the biggest news of all is the upcoming Twilight Teaser Trailer coming out next week, as promised by Summit which is the first week of May. A few 'insiders' have already seen this teaser and apparently this 50-second of Twilight Heaven is good. Better, apparently, than what you've seen in the MTV News Website. I hope it's true. *crosses fingers*
The teaser is also, apparently, going to be shipped in with the Speed Racer movie so if you do happen to watch the Speed Racer movie, you'll get to see the Twilight Teaser in the big screen. I'm not watching it though, I'm kinda feeling iffy about the Speed Racer movie so I'll just be a patient Twilight fangirl and wait until the Teaser appears in the Official Twilight Website, which apparently will have it before the big screen anyway. =]
What else is there to fangirl about.. *thinks* I've been reading a lot of books lately. As usual, my latest YA addiction is over Polly Shulman's Enthusiasm novel. I was way too late on the bandwagon of this one, that I literally had my copy back-ordered because it was sold out in every bookstore that's near my place. I was also busy devouring over Sarah Dessen's new novel, Lock and Key and I can't wait until I can grab a hold my copy of Stephenie Meyer's The Host.
Now another thing, the special edition of Eclipse is just right around the corner. So what about it, you ask, right? Well.. it includes the first chapter of Breaking Dawn. I'm getting it for sure, but the problem is.. to peek or not to peek!? D: I can't make up my mind and I don't even have my copy yet! And also, apparently in the UK, Borders is releasing a special sample of the Midnight Sun chapter alongside with the The Host novel. So if you buy The Host, you get the special Midnight Sun sample. I've seen the sample covers online but there's no confirmation yet if that's pretty much it, or there's more. So we gotta wait, haha.
It's been a while.. I haven't fan-girled here for so long! Anyways a big Twilight update, although I'm pretty sure this isn't really something new but just for the sake of those who are behind the news, I figured might as well make a post here. My blog is acting funky at the moment so I can't really post there! u_u

Hello awesome people!
Haven't been really active in Vox. I love the community here though that's why I decided to keep this journal even though I don't post here anymore. That, and since I'm hosting a few groups here, Shoujo Lovers for instance. I can't just really leave the place! You guys are addictive!
Anyways, just letting you guys know that I'm still here and I'm sorry about the unanswered private messages. Been too busy these past few months so my attention span is a bit screwed up. If I still owe you something, like a promise, or a banner of some sort -- don't hesitate to remind me! It's not a bother at all. I'm actually ashamed that I forget these things. ><;;
Oh by the way, I decided to cut back on the media blogging since there's a lot of people doing it anyway. So yeah, I just started another public journal though. Another, you say? My boyfriend guilt tripped me into putting all my public entries into one place so I'm currently in the process of transferring everything starting from last year.
Anyways so yeah if you're feeling bored or miss my nonsense rambles, don't hesitate to drop by. It's here. I have a book gallery set up there - although there's really not much books there -- yet! To those who wants me added to their neighborhood here at Vox. Don't be shy. Just go ahead. The more the merrier. I still read my neighbor's entries, although I don't comment a lot.
Happy Holidays!
Love,
Cherish.
P.S. Anyone here uses Pownce? I don't really use it but if anyone wants a code for it let me know or leave a message here. I currently have 20 unused. I was cleaning my email and I saw it. Don't hesitate to ask, it'll just go to waste if you don't. n_n
I stopped watching The Simpsons since like years ago.. a big part probably was because Futurama came, and then Family Guy but today my boyfriend decided to surf channels because he wanted to watch "regular" TV for once. Then this commercial from the Simpson's upcoming movie came.
I still can't stop giggling everytime I see this. Man.. am I easy to please or what? n_n There's also another trailer when the pig transformed into Harry Plopper but I think this one is better. xD
